I don't know where we can start to be honest. Poch deserves more time as he was chosen but mourinho was my original choice, if I had the power I'd bring him in as much as I can and back him till the end of time.

There is no way mourinho comes back to us due to the fact its a very young and inexperienced team. He likes to work with senior, experienced players.
As before all the good youngsters would be sold under his watch.
We also have to remember, he was sacked last time as his return did not work out.
Also you mentioned Reece always having injuries so we need to move him to CM, how would that work if he is always injured?
