Over the last few weeks the owners have insisted that an end of season review will take place. I hope so because one is definitely necessary, but we can already see that the general BP isn’t going to change with the five players who apparently have already agreed to join us for next season.
In my opinion the club doesn’t need a massive change of direction. An experienced manager and some players with leadership qualities could make a positive change happen very quickly.

Would not disagree with that, Tom, but the SD's must go at the end of the review, and then where does that leave our hunt for a new coach.

The club doesn't have a direction to change. The owners and hierarchy have left the club rudderless due to their incompetence. Tinkering around with coaches and players isn't going to change anything. I just wonder where the money will come from to sign these players with leadership qualities without a massive clear out. The players definitely coming in, Emegha and Quenda, are the same profile of our recent transfer strategy: young, inexperienced in their respective leagues, and both have spent most of this season out injured.
Excuses are made about our young squad. Last night's starting eleven had plenty of PL experience, particularly in defence. The truth is some of them are just not good enough. I'm not sure if a top class coach would want to join this circus.

As I've said in previous posts, the players that have already agreed to join us for next season indicate to me that the owner BP is hardly going to change.
I think there will be plenty of money raised from sales, and I think we will get a so called "top" coach.
I have also been saying for ages that the young team excuse doesn't work for me!! I think a point from a post some time ago from, I think, "J", was interesting. "Should an experienced manager be in charge of inexperienced players?"

Maybe, Tom, they were purchased price to the change in direction.
