Don't expect to win many friends with this post. I'm sick of Palmer appearing to think that he is the go to guy for the team. I have seen one too many performances from him that reek of petulance & selfishness.

Londonscot, on his day Palmer is a fantastic player but I happen to agree with you that when he's not on it he does come across as petulant and selfish although this season he has been tracking back far better so hopefully Alonso is working with him on his all round contribution.

Petulance yes, selfish no think he works really hard for the team tends to lose focus when thinks aren't going well.
