I am just the messenger but last night I was told the regulators informed City ages ago that an announcement would be published before this season starts regarding the 115 charges. So, I assume that is no later than this Friday.
It seems plausible.

Would love to believe that might happen, Tom. Have almost come to the conclusion that City ever being charged seems as likely as seeing a herd of pigs flying past my window.

Thought I saw them flying over your place today, JBS, but it was only a swarm of 115 charges flying into the distance, never to be seen again.

So there is, yet again, no update on the charges. This is just incredible. At this rate, a new SB will be built before we know what is happening with 115 City.
