Rumours are coming out that Walters and Boehly are in talks to sell their shares to Clearlake.

At the moment, Tom, it's just the two being reported, but my guess is, if Clearlake are successful, they will eventually take a run at the remaining shareholders.

Reuters - among others - has, of course, reported that Mark Walters is being investigated for possible fraudulent activities involving his insurance companies in the USA. Something to do with inadequate assets there to underwrite them, I think. Might be a reason he needs to sell CFC shares to realise some liquid capital for this purpose?

He has also sold his American sporting entity, earning some 2.5 billion dollars profit.

I may be wrong, but with everything going on in America, a quick sale by Bohely and Walters may be on the cards.
