Hi Ed just a couple of questions if you've got time
Connor Gallagher I know the club are open to offers and with him only having 2 years on his contract has he been offered an extention .
And secondly with us looking for one or 2 midfielders are our talented youngsters Santos cased
Chucky moreno and humpphries staying around the squad or going on loan its a difficult one because they need game time but they show great promise and have a lot to offer but where are they going to get first team minutes

I know and understand the issues for you doing lists and such so I'm not asking specifics but can you tell us what positions and how many at that position on the pitch we are looking at for the first team squad
I'm hearing so much bs from multiple sources and to be honest unless Ed 2 tells us it's hard to believe

I’m new here but have been following for a while. I understand why you wouldn’t give info due to a couple of bells but there are new people on this site that genuinely care about the club and would like to know what’s happening and in the transfer market. Can you not block them so the people that care and are true chelsea fans can get transfer info? I’ve been to some terrible restaurants but it doesn’t stop me
Going to another, plus idiots i don’t like I block on social media. Just an idea.

I guess it depends on what players any group of fans perceive as a fan’s favourite.
As things stand today I can’t see Felix being signed and I don’t think we will reach an agreement with Mount (shame) that will satisfy him. I also have a feeling Havertz and CG could will end up going. Anyway I think two of those three will be sold.
Also, maybe Chilly (hope not) .
If someone offers stupid money James (god forbid) I think the club could be tempted.
I may well be wrong but I still think English clubs will spend big this season for various reasons. It could well be that the fees we have paid for some players begins to look like good value. Not that I care much.

Tom, you’re right some are going to be disappointed about certain players going but we all accept the squad must be trimmed by a minimum of 10 players. I would keep Havertz, and integrate Colwill and Maatsen in to the first team squad. To that end, I would be happy to get rid of Chilwell and make some money. As I said in an earlier reply to you if Poch becomes our new coach Mendy has no future. I only expect 2 signings in the summer and possibly a keeper but that is fine with me.

6.Raheem, along with Lukaku a bad buy, hopefully the Saudi's will come to the party. As Ed says he will be hard to move, so only in the possible list.
7.Felix, I think the club would like to keep/ buy him but will depend on certain sales.

Maatsen- keep if either one of BC or MC are sold, if not re-loan to a prem team Burnley being the obvious.

I have to say the last 5 games or so sanchez tosin Trev and especially Colwell have shown massive improvement i think having cuca and reece along side they are showing what a good unit they could be
Wheather this is just temporary or all of a sudden they have clicked I'm not sure but reece quite rightly got the plaudits for changing the game yesterday but I think Colwell when he came on the whole back line looked more solid and confident.

Colwill has had a bit more devil about him this season - which was needed, I think. He looks less lightweight. I’d still have Fofana as the first choice RCB, but I don’t see much need for an additional CB unless others leave, especially with Acheampong and Anselmino around.

We bought Ugochukwu for £30m who hasn't played and takes up one of the slots Conor could fill in midfield plus his wages.
If money isn't an issue fine keep him and send him on loan.
If Aston Villa or Spurs are prepared to offer considerably more than us when he captained the side and was one of the players of the season something is very definitely wrong.

I personally don’t care what other clubs offer.
If we have made an offer and CG doesn’t want to sign then so be it. It will be a shame but as I’ve said before in my opinion we already have enough midfielders to cover for him.
I also repeat, Ugo looked a talent particularly in his cameo’s at the end of the season and I have total belief Lavia will be a top player for us.

Move on Sarr, Chalobah and Broja. Broja has all the tools that doesn’t convince me.
I would also start playing Maatsen and try to move on Cucu. He’s on big wages and is not good enough. Hence being hard to move on.

I also assume we will get the lad back from Forest and I’m not sure if we can loan him out to another club or maybe it’s best for him to stay.
I guess we will except a good offer for Chalaboa (mistake) and I understand a few clubs have inquired about his fitness and availability.
I can’t see Cucarella being sold as it would now appear he can cover at RB and to be fair his form has improved this year. Depending on his injury status I’m not sure the club could chance selling Maatsen in this window.
If someone comes in and offers a large amount for Conor I can see us excepting it. Say £60m.
I think the club would like the goalkeeper from Milan and Osimhen but it’s hard to imagine either happening in the Jan window.
A mate told me we will be “selling 4 or 5 players in the Jan window. I’m struggling to work out who they could be given our injuries.

Tbf if these players are going on to be professional footballers then it shows what a success our academy is
We make money out of it sometimes and provide real talent and education and if we can find a gem or two and they can make our first team then that's the icing on the cake for me if we get raw talent and mould them into real footballers then that is amazing we tend to forget that these are young boys and girls and not just a commodity.
