He needs to improve on his scoring and be more direct!
I wouldn't go as far as saying he's as bad a mikel and should be used like him.

Ive thought this before, he might not be amazing defence wise but I think he could offer more than ramires especially in attacking and breaking forward

I agree about Willian not being a goal scorer and also think he would be great on the right of a 3 man midfield. I can't see it happening though as Jose seems to like the 2 holding players.
