According to BBC Radio Norfolk yesterday (6th May), strong rumours of James Maddison to Chelsea in exchange for Mason Mount (with a buy back clause) and £20m. Have you heard anything of this? And what do people think of this deal?

I bloody hope not! Mason Mount, out of all our loanees, is the one most likely to make it through.

If there's a buyback clause, maybe it isn't too bad. I saw some James Maddison's clips. He looks a good player and a bit more experienced than Mason Mount.

The rumour did say there would be a buy back clause inserted, but again, I'd prefer them to loan him for a season, or even two with a early break clause inserted for a fee. But I think going to the championship is a step up from Vitesse and Maddison has been quite the player this season, so I'd happily accept that deal!
