Di Marzio (reliable) is reporting that Cuadrado is almost a Chelsea player. some papers reporting he could feature against city but highly doubt it.

That's exactly why it was strange that he was training at home in Belgium recently. He counted as a homegrown so we still need to offload an overseas player before we can buy again though unless we go for another homegrown player

I don't know know the in's and out's of this quota thing being mentioned but I work it out that another player would still have to leave if we get another in?.

We are currently 1 player over our overseas quota, Lukaku does not count as he is classified as homegrown. Therefore 2 would have to go, either on loan or sold for 1 more overseas player to come in
9.) Cant see us moving for another striker unless Torres leaves. We have 3 atm, not to mention the need to sell an overseas player first.

Apparently Lukaku wasn't willing to stay and fight for his place. Torres will probably be going back to A.Madrid, Hopefully we can make a move for Cavani or Higuain.
11.) I'm not a Chelsea fan, but I would be interested how you see you striker options if you don't sign another forward. Costa doesn't have the best injury record and if he gets injured you are left with Torres who's confidence is shattered and drogba, who I would imagine can't play too many games at hos age, I assumed drogba was brought back for lukaka to learn from, it would of been the his perfect first coaching job, training a player with similar attributes, who idolizies himso this transfer makes no sence to me
12.) Disappointed in this news. He qualified as home grown (?), was only 21 and was a regular 16 goal a season player in relatively poorer teams (Everton & Wigan) Would have been good to keep him with a long term view. His attitude must have been really p**s poor for us to sell him, but maybe Drogba could have helped there (?), Especially to another EPL team. I think this may come back to haunt us.

been reading a few things on social media that a source seems pretty sure of.
1. pogba has agreed terms and a fee has been agreed with juve. announcement due soon?
2. griezzman, again 25mil fee agreed and announcement due early next week.
1.) I would love to believe that. Would make my day, but highly doubt it mate.
2.) Do we even need Griezmann? We have 5 senior attacking mids already with no notion that any are leaving, and plenty of talented youngsters looking to break through. I can't really believe this tbh.

DO NOT believe anything until you see it from a club, and in these cases, don't expect too much.

Jose has made it clear no more signings. The only way that will change is if a player moves on who was not expected to. I.e.Oscar.
Lukaku might possibly stay if Torres goes to A . Madrid.
other than that our window is complete I believe.

he failed a medical Liverpool, hence why he is not there now
he also failed a medical with Chelsea a few years back.
otherwise for 8mil or so he would be a no brainer for me.
1.) Didn't Redknapp say it wasn't true he'd failed a medical and that there was a different complication? I can't see how a medical could be an issue for him, he played fairly often for Newcastle last year without there being an issue.

He passed LFC medical, plus one with French team and one with QPR when he joined, it was to do with money, not keen on him anyway to be honest
3.) We need more HG players. Remy isn't HG. ATM we have 17 nonHG players so I don't see anyone coming unless someone leaves which is unlikely going to happen. Chelsea has great squad and Drogba will be back in fewwweeks and he is back up striker anyway.

Also reading that Felipe Luis is increasingly likely as they have agreed a fee for a replacement?.
Other than the obvious being Costa, do we have any other strikers lined up?
