Matt Law reporting Declan Rice has turned down contracts from West Ham twice and that he is TT's top midfield target.
I do really hope we get him this summer. We would have a solid defence and a great engine for the years to come.

100 Million quid is the asking price. Which seems very high to me. He is a good player, but is he what we need? He is in the Kovacic area. We also have Ampadu. I think we should be looking for a more creative midfield player. The NEW Cesc Fabregas? Whomever that may be.

It’s up to the clubs to decide the worth of any player. I’m not that fussed.

Matt Law also says that Chelsea would not be interested at £100m but might be tempted if the price came down to £70m.

Yes Jamie and I reckon we will manage to get him for around 60m + add ons. West Ham surely won't turn down such a bid, especially in this financial hardships.
Celeryking I think he is exactly what we need. We have been caught on the break lots of times last season and we need someone that can protect the back line. He will provide more safety net for our attacking players and I think we can sort out the creativity problem as well.
