Jbs, fine margins always in the Premiership. Should have at least been 4-0 up against Leeds, and Palmer didn't take his one-on-one chance yesterday. We are all disappointed, but there will be twists, turns, and plenty of shocks before the season ends.

I can only agree, Tom, and hope those twists and turns favour us. That Palmer miss was an uncharacteristically bad one. I had particular hope that the Leeds and Burnley games could have seen us closing the gap to Villa and keeping a couple of points clear of Liverpool. It might well be that we need Villa to get the wobblies in the run in if pressure increases on them. I reckon ours might be one of the trickier run ins, but I have yet to check.
All our main rivals to play, though, so wins away against Villa and Liverpool and at home v United and City would be handy. Mind you, so would wins away v Arsenal and home v Spurs. That's six of the eleven games we have left. I'm not sure how many games our rivals have against each other, but presumably a few where points will be dropped by one side or the other.
