According to Matt Law on the London Is Blue podcast, players, the head coach, and even the sporting directors will face difficult questions at the end of the season if they are judged to have underperformed. While sporting directors usually work closely with the ownership and don't face the same scheduled assessments (like the planned Rosenior review in summer 2027), they are not exempt from this new accountability drive. The club is tightening restrictions behind the scenes as part of a stricter performance culture.

It's only correct that difficult questions are asked of the SD's and manager. It is also reasonable that the owners look at themselves and question their own BP.
