Absolutely Tom, this was the first goal I saw as I started supporting our club just before the cup final vs. Spurs.

Before my time, as a player, but his exploits obviously came to light as Lampard approached and passed his goal record. A club legend.

RIP, Bobby Tambling, a great player from a time when footballers were more connected to supporters, instead nowadays when they strut around like male models with £30 K man bags (a contradiction in terms).
