I hope the rumours that we are interested in Jarrod Bowen are true, in my opinion he is exactly the type of player that we need, he is Premier League proven and a leader / captain, his goals and assists for the last 3 seasons are impressive.
I guess the only thing against him is his age being 29.
Any thoughts?

I like him as a player, but I'm not a fan of his diving.
My guess is the happy Hammers will do everything to keep him. I think it will be down to the player to say "I want to leave" and then see what happens.
I would put in a cheeky bid of £20m.

Would be available at £22 million, apparently, but lots of clubs are interested in him. Does he not play on the RW, though, and we have plenty on that side.

I just cannot see it happening, the days of getting bargains from relegated clubs are over due to the way Southampton sold their relegated players.

I've always liked Bowen and admired his professional attitude. He would, imho, be a great addition to our squad if his fee is not too high, plus he has some versatility re positioning.

But Bowen may, of course, wish to go to a club where he would be guaranteed first-team selection, and that might not be the case with us.
