Taylor shouldn't have awarded that penalty to City, Haaland clearly tugged back MC. extraordinary that VAR didn't spot it.

JBS, I thought it was a very harsh decision and I remain convinced that Haaland fouled MC first.
As much as I think Taylor got it wrong, I’m truly surprised that VAR didn’t even refer Taylor to the monitor.
