It was understandable that Chilly was tired and it’s hardly unusual for players to suffer in any match at Wembley, for reasons I’ve never really fully understood.

Tom, didn’t you know it’s all about ley lines under Wembley Stadium that suck the energy out of footballers with blue shirts. Seriously, I think I mentioned couple of years ago that after the 1970 Cup final me and a mate sneaked into the stadium and had a kick about. The pitch was a wet sandpit interspersed with blades of grass. If players get tired at Wembley it is not a physical issue it has to do with their mentality.
