Hi guys, highly considering leaving Australia early next year to return home to England, was just wondering where some good locations are in England to live? I have family in the west London area but rent in London is just as high as Australia.
Been looking at Suffolk Area, Norwich and Southampton but open to recommendations. Looking to do some work there also.

Anywwre but north kent medway gravesend its a complete dump.

Standard I don’t know Suffolk or Southampton but in Norfolk maybe look at North Walsham about 15 miles from Norwich and has a station to get you there. Nearer to London; Watford, Bushey or further east Woodford- just a few suggestions off the top of my head.

Depends on type of work you do as well.

Move to Reading or Grinstead. Easy commute to West London and lots of good quality jobs locally.
