Jackson has moments of good but many moments of the very worst. If we're serious about improving he simply cannot be Chelsea's starting striker.

Jackson has improved throughput the season but i don’t remember anyone’s saying we shouldn’t sign a striker.
Seeing Nkunku play may have made that debate interesting.

Hard to know who we need when everyones fit, we are beginning to look like a team where scoring goals is not a problem but stopping them most certainly is.
So a quality premier league experienced centre half but not many around Kilman Tomori (a poor sale) or Guehi although would be wary to sign anyone who has an injury issue at the moment. An upgrade on the keeper I like Petrovic but is young and will make the odd mistake more than an experienced keeper, God knows what will happen to Kepa next season.

We still are short of a seasoned striker but has to be one who can fit into more fluid formations than classic number nines had to in decades past of course.
Otherwise yes it's the defence that needs improving.

I was gutted when Tomori was sold but if I remember correctly he wanted game time. I can’t remember why Guehi was sold. I don’t remember tomany fans moaning about selling for pure profit so that couldn’t have been the reason.

We have Lavia and Ugo so I can’t see us replacing Gallagher.
If we get a CH it could well be the lad from SL. I assume Fofana will be fit for next season and we have to give Colwill game time at CH.
So many wanted on this site wanted Onana signed by our club. I haven’t got a clue who we could sign but I hope it’s not Ramsdale.
If we signed a winger I would like the lad from Palace but I would any signing would depend on departures and we have Hutchinson as an option.
If we sell one of LB’s I guess we will need to sign a replacement. Cucarella is supposedly of interest to Utd.
I still want Osimhen and I still think we will sign him.

Don't think we need a winger or a midfielder really the top three areas that need strengthening Centre Back Keeper and striker.

Tom, I agree about Ramsdale he is a bag of nerves, he would make a bad situation worse. If it’s a choice of him or staying as we are I would stick. There is no English keeper who is better than bang average.
