Only question, this man seemed to suggest premier league haven't signed off of us being allowed to sell hotels for PSR? Is that correct as premier league haven't commented apparently.

Probably annoyed because they’ve spent months shouting that Chelsea are going to be smashed with massive sanctions etc and now that it looks unlikely they’ve got egg on their face.
I imagine the hotel sale will be allowed under PSR or else the club wouldn’t have done it.

This do called financial expert also worked for Man City albeit before theur charges period and has previously stated that he feels that they will get away with their charges as they were clever and will tie up the premiership in knots, he was really happy about that.
