He has signed new deal with A.Madrid. His release clause is seriously up.

The silence is deafening but still two weeks to go before transfer cut-off. Griezmann's buy out is Euro 65m, not out of our range and he said nobody had spoken to him pre-season just his agent so why increase it; I still feel something is going on with us. Who knows what is going on with Pogba but performances like yesterday will not excite him.

Sorry Frensham, but there is zero chance of Greizman this window. If signing a new contract isn't a clear enough indication he is staying put this window for you, I genuinely worry for you mate.

Nice to hear from you Chuckles. With two weeks to go zero is not up for grabs yet, unlikely maybe but stranger things can happen. His contract remains the same to 2020, the release clause went up and he got a pay rise. AM need cash as they frequently make clear so they could well be tempted and we can afford it regardless of future expenditure so for the time being you just worry that I am wrong.

I can assure you, however, there is zero chance of the deal happening this window. Two weeks left or not. Now I know you're naive when it comes to these things, so I'll happily explain why. The player signed a new contract with a much higher buy out clause. You think he did this in the knowledge he would be leaving to join us? You think we are so stupid to allow our pants to be pulled down like that. Now I know what you're thinking, he loved Athletico (he played for one season, so unlikely) and wanted to make sure they got compensated when he left. Do you assume this would endear him to ME or JM? They'd think it showed loyalty or something? It ain't happening mate. You can sign him in Fifa15, but the real world of football transfers works a lot differently. He will be staying put for this season.
I'd be happy to eat my words, if I was wrong, but unfortunately, I won't be.

You could well be right in your assertion but with two weeks to go the others and I will hang on to that hope that something 'could' be going on behind the scenes. Now remember my words to you "it's a banter site' and your comment to me 'it should be fun', therefore when people have a thought or comment that you disapprove of try not to confuse banter and fun with spoilt brat. Look forward to many more duels of 'banter' and fun'.

Ok buddy. I do apologise if you take offence by what I say. Offence is taken and not given though, so I assure you it isn't malicious.
Remember your words, everyone is open to an opinion. So if mine hurts your feelings, you will have to learn to cope I'm afraid.
Also I am not the bloke begging for a new toy, so think twice before throwing out the spoilt brat tag
