Apart from the historical investigation, I don’t believe we are in breach of PSR rules but if we are found to be I will bleat about it and blame the owners.

I'm with you Jimbo, I don't think we have broken FFP or PSR rules but if we have I shall bleat like mad and blame the owners, be it Roman if historical or BlueCo if current!

Tom, I misunderstood your point, I agree there is no point in moaning about a sanction if you have broken the rules but I will be angry that we got ourselves in that position.
