Not what we all hoped for at the start of the season but another Champions League campaign beckons again next season.
One more point and we are the top team in London yet again. A very small positive to a season that promised a lot but we are the World Club Champions and we can say "we've won it all".
Also congratulations to Huddersfield and of course Colwill and Anjorin for reaching the play off final at Wembley. The experience can only help there careers.

It’s a good start to a big summer that’s all we can ask for. Really hope Arsenal bottle it their fan base is awful.

Looks as though Arsenal have now bottled it in losing 0-2 to Newcastle last night. Not sure though that this is good for CFC as Spurs under Conte and with ECL plus recruits look likely to be a bigger threat next season. For AFC damage already done in away game v Spurs when a more tactically defensive - keep the match tight, be hard to break down, hit Spurs on counter-attack - approach would surely have been far more sensible and adopted by most managers than the recklessness (including a tackle that led to sending off) that played into Spurs hands. Arteta not a Conte!
