There likely won't be any great effect for PL teams as the current work permit laws allow for players bought for a large fee or on high wages to not require the relevant international caps. The issue would be for lower league teams as they wouldn't be allowed to bring in the relatively unknown European players. Of course discussions in the next 2 years could see the requirements lowered or the UK could end up agreeing a limited amount of free movement in order to remain part of the free trading area. Overall though it is way too early to be worrying about the impact of Brexit on football imo.
