If Danny Drinkwater is our solution to CM, then I'm going to go nuts. How the hell is he worth spending money?! I'd rather keep Pasalic or even recall Colkett from Vitesse and play him there.
Drinkwater should never play a game for Chelsea. The club have lost it if they really get him.

He was outstanding the year Leicester won the league and formed a fantastic partnership with kantè and at 27 he's just hitting his prime. He's got a great engine will cover every blade of grass, can pick a pass and reads the game really well.
I think he'd add good depth to the squad, yea he's not gunna start every week but when he did play he'd be never be hiding.
All that being said I don't think Chelsea are in the market for him. But for £25-30m I'd take him.

Huth and Morgan were "outstanding" the season they won the PL. Where are Huth and Morgan now? Back to being average CBs, just like Drinkwater is back to his average level.
Completely disappointing that we're even being linked to guys like him.
