The guy is overhyped and overrated. I would much rather see Loftus-Cheek be given the chance he deserves, than spend money on Barkley.

Why would we entertain Barkley? He has done nothing in almost two years and Conte cannot have seen anything of him to warrant buying him. Offers Chelsea absolutely nothing.
