Ed we got a realistic chance of getting talisca do we have any intrest in the player like reports are saying

What is the issue with the permit and could it be sorted out

{Ed018's Note - he can't obtain one yet due to however it works with playing international football. He could sign and be loaned back out for the time being. I believe Ed02 mentioned any move for him could wait until 2016}
