I would appoint Jody Morris as Chelsea Manager for next Season. 7 trophies in 2 seasons as under 18 Manager, knows the young players and has a good presence about him. Be patient and give him time. A local lad born in Fulham and a Chelsea fan and ex player as well. Why not? Looks like Arsenal are about to appoint Arteta as Manager, Gerrard at Rangers. Could be the way to go.

Don't think our so called international stars would respect someone who isn't a "big name", . Not too sure we would attract many world class players either. It's a shame but unfortunately some players will only play for a manager they respect, player power .
