I thought we were much the better team over the 90mins but we didn't make our dominance pay.
They came at us more in the seco s half but they had to. Kante got back control of midfield when he came on and we just beginning to boss the game again when we concede a soft goal. Emerson didn't do his job Just as I was saying he was playing ok.
Feel sorry for Mount as I would any player who misses a pen.
Mendy made a couple of good stops but flapped at one cross. Just as aside, I hope the coaches have word with him about moving early on pens.

More than the penalty miss, I was more frustrated with the pass he couldn't make to Werner which would have killed the game. RLC got killed for a similiar pass he failed to make Vs Brighton. The treatment should be the same.

Gianfranco, we bossed the first half. Jose changed Spurs in the second half as he had to. When Kante came on we started to regain control and I think we finished the half strongly. During that second half we also had chances to kill off the game.
BeIng critical about not bringing on Kante sooner is reasonable. Being critical of our finishing or final pass is reasonable. Being critical of the Emerson mistake is reasonable and being critical of the manager is reasonable.
