Ed001, could you give some hints on how Tuchel will setup Chelsea? Like players he will use, and players who will be ousted?
{Ed001's Note - I have no idea what players he will use and who he will oust. What I can say is that he struggles to deal with bigger egos and tends to appease them to keep them on his side. That can mean the team loses discipline and workrate can then dip.}

Thanks for comments Ed001, but they don't sound very upbeat on Tuchel appointment. What are his positives, if any, from your perspective?
{Ed001's Note - he will start well, because of that appeasement and he will try and play a settled side. It is long term that it starts to turn.}

I know you aren't a fan but any plus points?
{Ed001's Note - players all have big egos mate. I don't see any there that are particularly big though, not now Hazard has gone. But pandering to them will inflate the ego.
Plus points are that he will be a good short term lift and managers of Chelsea don't tend to stay long anyway. He is well used to working in the system you have there. And he will probably accept help when it is offered.}

I love tuchel tactics and believe that would play to strengths of werner, havertz, pulisic, cho and ziyech. However I still believe he too needs a dm to implement the way he plays. If he is able to play with the current squad and achieve better than lamps, then I am happy. Also my understanding is that he is on a 18 months contract which bodes well for us if things don't seem to work in the long run.

Interestingh, thanks Ed001. Of course there is usually a 'new manager' lift anyway, but good short term fit is something I suppose!

If he can get us back to competing for Top4 which should be possible that would be an improvement.
Then we can move onto Pochettino when he gets sacked!
Nagelsmann would have been my choice but I imagine he will end up somewhere more stable.

I hate to ask this Ed but was Lamps refusal of help due to stubbornness or the individual or individuals being offered as a helper?
I hope the question makes sense.
