Newcastle target Sevilla defender Diego Carlos has said he wants to leave the club and join Newcastle. I wonder if that has any consequences with the Kounde deal.

Bruce, I don’t think it will make a difference, Sevilla need the money and there is a buy out clause. I’m not sure whether Chelsea are willing to meet it though.

Hopefully Jimbo. If they can let Carlos leave this month I see no reason we could’ve not got Kounde before it.
