i no this is chelsea page but i have a question for all my fellow chelsea men. I no we didn't like benitez most of us but i can't help but feel some1 like benitez would be an ideal role for the arsenal job what's yer thoughts. he seems to do a great job at every club he's at an makes his teams very tactical an hard to beat i don't like him from his time at liverpool personally but im old enough an mature enough to realise what a great coach he is and he deserves respect for that.

I wasn’t a massive fan of Mr Benitez but he did a job for us so therefore deserves our respect.
I found his tactics and substitutions boring beyond belief but his tactical knowledge has to be respected.

fair and mature opinion tom which i agree with too be honest he didn't have much respect from us but he did earn that bit off some of us after adding another european trophy to our cabinet.

I think part of my dislike for Benitez when he was with us was obviously his Liverpool connection but also the fact that he seemed to prioritise the Europa League (when it didn’t guarantee a CL spot) over top 4 as he wanted another trophy in his cabinet. Subsequently I’ve gained respect for him for the work he did at Newcastle though.
