There was a rumour on twitter and I'm not going to speculate as pointless, but a hypothetical, the rumour was
havertz €100m with wages and fee
Or
Aouar and benrahma €75m with wages and fee's
I don't know where these numbers come from but what would people do, Ed01 opinion welcome too,
{Ed001's Note - that's a tough one, I like Aouar a lot, but not seen enough of Benrahma to really judge him. I would go with Havertz though, he seems more suited to what Chelsea need right now.}

I’d go with havertz, I don’t trust Loftus-Cheek fitness and injury record and a player who scores from midfield or behind the striker is vita, how many games have we dominated this season then had the sucker punch of conceding against run of play, that said benrahma seems so much like Mahrez I think he could make step up,

Ed01 I'd say that it's not clear what role Havertz would best suit.
He's clearly very flexible.
Where do you think he would fit in at Chelsea?
{Ed001's Note - that is exactly why I think he would fit in so well. You have a couple of striker options that are best playing up top and staying central, so you need the three or four behind to be flexible and moving out to in and in to out constantly. You can do that with those you have and Havertz would also be able to move around to find space or danger points. Depending on how you set up, he can play any of those roles behind the striker and so gives Lampard options, even if both Pedro and Willian do leave.}

The flexibility of our forwards, playing in and around Giroud or Abraham is going to be fantastic. Werner and Havertz are obviously still pending any confirmation, but I'm very excited about watching us next season.
