Pulisic had a small niggle in his hamstring again in training. This lad really is made of glass. Perhaps its best going Werner, Giroud, Havertz up top on saturday. I wouldn't start Pulisic incase he gets injured otherwise back to square one again. Great player but never available.

Oh dear what many of us have feared re ongoing muscle problems. though may try and hope that Lampard and co being ultra cautious. On other hand we have two players currently with hamstring problems so hope training itself not to blame.

What is your source Graham76; forgive me asking cos Lampard said he’s ok for Everton game as posted by Nizaar Kinsella some four hours ago.

Obinna, I believe Lamps mentioned a slight hamstring injury. He also said it was something that requires managing.

I have assumed that means Pusilic can’t play 90mins at the moment.

The boy can’t play 4 games a month, will always have some sort of injury strain or knock.

If Pulisic can't start I wouldn't be surprised to see us play a back three.

Mendy

Azpilicueta Zouma Silva

James Havertz Kante Mount Chilwell

Giroud Werner.

Sorry Graham you’re right.

I like your setup J.

11 Dec 2020 09:51:43
Yes I think J's set up makes a lot of sense given injury situation and esp. if Pulisic not fit.

11 Dec 2020 11:22:12
Yeah I think he won't be available for 90mins.
And it is really concerning that he is constantly out with some sort of injury. Perhaps he's not suited for the aggression of PL.

I think back 3 would be wise against Everton, neutralise that midfield of theirs and attack via our full backs. Should also suit Kai better.
