Does anyone know what Tomori has done to not get any minutes? I think he’s played once this season. This time last season he was starting all the time but he now seems to be our 5th choice. Needs a loan desperately in January.

I agree to some extent. I’d prefer to see him play over Christensen. I used to think Christensen was going to be quality but he’s a big girls blouse for a centre back, not capable of it in the Prem he can’t handle a physical player at all.

He’ll start Fa cup games and league cup games inreackon, we have 5 CB’s and first two silva and zouma have been good so he want start Prem games. He wasn’t in our plans as we tried to loan him but it fell through last minute.

Lost time for Tomori unfortunately. He will be 23 imminently so this doesn't bode well for his development. With hindsight, im sure he would have taken the West Ham loan if he had the chance. let's see what sort of offers he gets in January. He simply can't stay just to play FA cup games and I am doubtful that would happen either.

It’s a shame he didn’t go out on loan to a Premiership club in the last window but given the uncertainty surrounding Rudiger I guess I can understand his reasoning.
Anyway, I hope he finds a loan club in this window.

I just can’t see why anyone would think he is being “punishedâ€.
We don’t see him in training and we have no idea about his aptitude or attitude.
IMO it’s simple, Lamps prefers the other four CB’s. Rudi looked on the way out and he has found a way back now it’s up to Tomori.
Just for everyone’s info I would prefer Tomori over Rudiger any day of the week but it’s all about opinions.

Credit to Rudiger for the way he has held himself together because all sorts was happening during the summer window. He has fought to get himself from 5th to 3rd in the list right now. I suppose his putting pressure on Zouma which is keeping Zouma on his toes.

It honestly seems pretty simple in that he isn’t viewed as one of the top 3 cbs at the club which there’s no shame in considering we have 4 senior internationals at his position. Rudiger got rightly torn apart for last years performances but we shouldn’t forget he was solid his first two seasons and this seasons performances have been more in line with those two seasons rather than his 3rd. I also think part of it is there has been a lot of noise about Tomori going on loan really since about a month after the window closed and I imagine the club wouldn’t want to jeopardize a half season loan at the expense of an isolated game when we have other options.
