It's obvious Frank can't handle the Chelsea job but the club want him to succeed by all means hence getting a strong backroom support for him. It's rather strange especially during RA era but like I have always said, his legendary status is giving him some leverage.
I'm also open to helping Frank succeed with us so long as it doesn't take us further down by destroying the confidence of our highly talented players by his naivity in coaching. So let's support him now until it becomes unbearable which I feel the margin is fast becoming thinner with every bad performances and results alike.

Hi Ed, is Steve Holland among those options? He would be a fantastic addition to the coaching staff.
