In the last two games against The Blades we have created more than thirty chances.
I have no doubt we will create plenty of chances today. Let hope we can stick a few in and make it a very good weekend.
I'm not sure why but unlike the Burnley game and the Spuds game, both of which I was very confident of a win, for this game I'm a little nervous.

I was honestly very relaxed over the last two games. In particular against the spuds.
I agree Jimbo over the years watching the MIGHTY BLUES has always been nerve racking.

Also it was this fixture last season that arguably daw our worst performance and a bad defeat.1n the last three games v Wolves we knew tgat we had beaten all 3 teams comfortably last season, indeed far more comfortably than under TT, and in each case those sides were stronger last season. But am stillsurely have new manager bounce and have kept good shape under him. Its our failure up front in recent games that it cause of my worry and biggest plus toda besifes 3 points would be to see at least one of our chosen forwards find the back of the net preferably all of them and certainly Timo if chosen to start.

Frank, Graham, Benny and Gola. If we don’t win today i will be gutted. For me, it’s a very big game and with other results going generally in our favour, we need to take advantage of the situation.
I would be saying the same no matter who the manager was.
Gola, You got what what you wanted, just get over it, support TT, all the team without making sick remarks and move on would be my suggestion.

We definitely need to make the most of the results that have gone our way over the weekend; anything but a win will be very disappointing- fingers crossed.

I used the stats for two reasons. Firstly because this is the first fixture uner TT that delivered a reall nasty shock last season so a reason why one might be netvous of Sheffield United despite their far lower league position this season.
Secondly because some on here keep going on about how dreadful the last manager was sometimes in almost abusive fashion and have conveniently forgotten any positive results or things he did do eg bringing some really good youngsters through into the first team, and Mount for most is one of those.
But i have also clearly said and i mean it that if have been charmed by TTs interviews, see better shape and control in recent CFC games but remain concerned as he undoubtedly is about goals not yet coming from those up front. But they surely will in time and am hugely hoping like all of us that this is today. I desoerately want TT succeed, think he can and will and that we have a really good squad but with a few weaknesses/ C.V. context problems like additional difficulty for new signings from eg Bundesliga adapting to EPL in these C.V. times or no huge confidence/ ego striker like Drogba/ Costa whp can be relied on to get 20-25 plus goals a season and lack of physicality in midfield.
Lets all enjoy the game and see a wonderful win for TT.
